What counts as a payee for the month?
Any person who received a commission, bonus, or draw through the platform that month. If nobody paid them that month, we do not charge for them.
Are there really no implementation fees?
None. Ever. Onboarding is included. No kickoff invoice, no pay to play professional services, no separate training fee.
Do you charge extra for AI agents?
No. All six agents are included in the flat rate with fair use limits. No per token or per query fees.
What about integrations?
Every native integration is included. Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, Workday, ADP, Snowflake, and more.
Is there a minimum?
We require annual contracts and a small monthly minimum for very small teams, but there is no seat minimum and nothing surprising.
What about enterprise features like SSO and SLA?
Included. SSO, SCIM, role based access, audit trails, and a 99.9 percent SLA all come in the base price.
